I spent some time poking around shopdraftkings.com, mostly just looking for a few things, and overall it was fine. Not amazing, not terrible. Kind of like when you walk into a store and the aisles make sense at first, but then one section is weirdly tucked away somewhere.
The menus were easy enough to understand, so I didn’t feel totally lost, but a couple pages loaded slower than I expected. I’d click into one area, then back out, then think maybe I missed something obvious, then use search, which worked sometimes but didn’t always get me where I wanted right away.
So yeah, the site does the job, but it could definitely be smoother. I wouldn’t avoid using it, but I also wouldn’t call it super easy or polished. A simpler layout and clearer paths to different sections would make the whole thing feel less like wandering around and more like actually browsing.

I ordered from shopdraftkings.com and the packaging was better than I thought it would be, I’ve had stuff show up looking like it got tossed around but this one was actually packed really well.

The box wasn’t smashed or loose or anything, everything inside was wrapped up nicely and stayed in place the whole time so when I opened it there wasn’t any damage at all.

It’s a small thing but it definitely matters, shipping can be hit or miss and this was one of those orders where it just showed up clean and easy, I’d order again based on that.

But surprisingly, they got back to me fast and sorted it out without making me go back and forth a bunch. It wasn’t totally perfect, but my first reaction was like, okay, that was actually smooth. I ordered a hoodie and the whole checkout process was really quick. Apple Pay went through with no issues, and I got the order confirmation almost immediately after. There weren’t any annoying extra steps or random pages to deal with, which I really appreciated. It was just smooth from start to finish, that kind of easy experience makes me feel a lot more excited about ordering again.

The order looked just like the pictures, which is what should happen every time. No weird surprises or excuses from anyone, so at least they got that right.

Got a hoodie from shopdraftkings.com in my usual size. It was tighter than expected. Length was fine, but the chest and sleeves felt snug. I even checked the size chart. Kinda annoying. Quality seemed okay, but the sizing feels off. I’d probably size up next time, if I order clothes again.

I usually assume there’s going to be at least one little issue with online orders, like the wrong size or something missing, but everything matched what I picked. The items, sizes, and details were all right, so I was happy with it. Simple experience overall.

Overall it’s just an easy hoodie to throw on, and I’d definitely buy another one

I looked around DraftKings Shop for some deals and found a few discounts, but it wasn’t anything too exciting. Even after using a code, some stuff still felt kind of expensive. It’s not bad overall, I just wish they had better offers...

They had a good selection and I did find most of what I was looking for, but it got a little annoying not seeing more size options. I didn’t want to spend forever hunting around for something that actually fit.

I ended up asking for a refund from DraftKings Shop because the whole thing wasn’t really what I thought I was getting. I felt a bit misled, so I was already expecting the refund process to be a hassle or take forever.

Surprisingly, it was handled quickly. The money was back in my account within a few days and there wasn’t any weird back and forth, which I appreciated. Still, I wish things had been clearer from the start.

The tracking was mostly accurate and did update whenever my order moved, so I’ll give them that. But one update came in late, which was frustrating because that’s on them to keep customers informed. The package did arrive when they said it would, but the delay in the tracking update made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be.

Most of the time they have what I need in stock. I’ll admit I probably remember the easy trips more than the times something was missing, but overall I’ve had good luck here.
